Marin Planning Commission Backs 336-Unit
Housing, Campus Project at Strawberry Seminary

 
The Marin County Planning Commission has recommended approval of a redevelopment of the former Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary campus in Strawberry, sending it to the Board of Supervisors for a final decision. The plan includes 336 new homes, a senior-care facility, limited graduate programs on the 127-acre site, and would replace most existing housing.
