Melanie brings a wealth of experience and expertise to the Skall Glassman Group as an agent and also the head of the team's marketing. A second-generation real estate agent, Melanie followed in the footsteps of her Grandfather, a real estate investor and developer, and began working with residential and commercial property owners to manage their property portfolios both in the Bay Area and throughout the country. After using her real estate experience and connections to help a friend purchase their first home, she was enamored with the fast-paced and dynamic sale side of real estate and she began working with home buyers and investors to secure properties in Marin County, San Francisco, Wine Country and beyond. In a short time, Melanie earned the trust of large investors and began selling high-rise apartment buildings in San Francisco and partnered with them to improve their portfolios. During her ten-plus years of selling real estate throughout Marin County and the Bay Area, she acquired a great deal of expertise in marketing and advertising listings and became the go-to expert in her field on cutting-edge real estate marketing. She leads the team's marketing efforts to provide each of the team's clients with unparalleled marketing to ensure that their home is presented with that wow factor to create lasting impressions on buyers as well as utilizing the latest innovations in digital marketing to reach the greatest number of buyers across all platforms.
